Elixir Bar & Restaurant and Opus Bar Win 3 Silvers at Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards & 1 Gold from Northwest Palate Magazine

(Yaletown, Vancouver, B.C.) - Vancouver Magazine's Restaurant Awards had a critics' panel of 31 top food and wine experts. The new Elixir Bar & Restaurant and Opus Bar were honoured with three silver awards. Elixir and Opus Bar opened in September 2002 under the direction of Executive Chef Don Letendre. One judge described Elixir and Opus Bar as "sexy, sleek, and opulent". Another judge declared that Elixir "got it right, almost from the get-go".
